I take it these have pumps to pump the water up and also how many houses can youclean with one.
If you you have a trigger like some have (would this be better to fit) would this conserve the water and thus make it last longer?
Also How much does a whole complete system cost? including the setup for home?

Between 2 &4 houses depending on what speed you set it on. You could also use it on a shopping trolley.
Bpac about £200 from Omni, Cleantech, Williamsons, Andwat. Filtration systems from £250 you will also need a poles £200 and other bits and bobs £200. All prices approx.

just got backpack, from surecleansystems (nice guy there) £175 + vat.. works great takes a bit getting used to on back but now ok ...would not use it all the time though.. mines got 3 speed controls wich is handy and if you pass the hose of off the tank through belt clip the valve is convieniently placed to turn of and on between windows etc saving water....
use it with brodex 'predator' poles 1 x 2x3 £60 & 1 x 3x8 £80... di vessel filled from sure clean cost £109 not much to get you started... ! now trying set up trolley system wich another kind member is helping me with ...nice lot on here !

I do not want to spend lots of money on trolly or van just yet but also do not want to kill myself either.
Can do the bottoms trad as that takes no time at all.

If you do bottoms trad obviously you will save water, I used to nip round the tops and the missus did the bottoms. I was at the end of the street before she had done a few houses. Its the fastest thing out there for many varying domestic houses. Or start at the back, round to the front, write out the bill and then do the back bottoms, you do get the odd drip though. So the less water you use the less to drip.

hi , forgot to say ..worked yesterday ,did quite a lot of work all ups with back pack while mate did downs
used ladders on 2 houses ..used 100l water wich was about 6 refills not to bad....

Not sure what you mean by set up costs, did you see Reply 2.

did a high street ... 2 small pubs 4 or 5 terraced houses,(1 or 2 up & down)... .. then into a village did about 14 average detached houses ... did a few leaded downs and couple georgen patios to......

That is good then Darren I do like the sound of this.
Do you think it is cheaper and better to start with a Pack or if doing it again would you go straight to a trolley?

depends on how much you want to spend ! backpack is an excellent piece of kit to have ...and good to get you up and running.. my bro in law is going to use his backpack all the time but hes a lot younger and fitter than me and i need to look after me back ! difficult to say wether i would just go for trolley now....cos i do like me backpack..... having both available is best.
