Does anyone who uses a Hozereel Auto Reel have any problems with them?
I'm thinking of buying a couple but when I went down to Homebase one of the staff said they break down quite a lot. Is this true?
If the auto reels do have problems, does any one use the fast reels hoses instead and how are they?

ME ;D but the bad news is that they do break down i have had 4 of them and only last 6 months and ended up geting quality steel frame trolley and hose tricoflex from a WFP suppler BUT they are not cheap but will last a long time, hope this helps.

Have a look on our webite for a good quality hose reel,
http://www.pure2o.co.uk
it is built to last you for a life time, not cheap but excellent value as you can put 100 metres on reel.

i have had 2 auto return reels on my van for over a year just rplaced one last week due to hoze wearing auto return works fine shoved it in my garden instead other one still works fine just won,t click stop now so i wrap it around reel holder still reels in though. I did buy the new small diameter hoses with www.streamsupplies.co.uk and have put 2 25meter reels on hozelock metal reels really light saves a lot of energy in a day and have a 50 metre reel of this light hose costs about £1 a meter and comes with parts to fit hozelock onto my lads reckon its the best set up they have seen. try it you,ll like it. :D
