After borrowing a portable from Paul King (thanks) I cannot wait for my prowler to arrive.Using the t/m has made me lazy, used the portable twice this afternoon now I know how I put weight on using the t/m,the portable is too much like hard work. ;D

Mike

Engine, snapped con rod but it served me well

if you'd lived a bit closer I'd have given you £200 for it and stripped it down for parts

I love mine too, I suppose what you have never had you dont miss.
If using a portable is hard, you obviously never really had a hard Job before Carpet Cleaning ;D ;D
-
Thats why i do not want anything mechanical .
I have enough problems with my vehicles.
Also i prefer not to add to green house effect.

Where do you think the power that runs a portable from comes from?
-
From power stations with emmision efficient filters . ;D ;D
Also from Wind Farms soon to be in Wash and off the Essex Coast. ??? ???

Steve
Try working for a racing team, many a time spent 72hrs without getting any sleep and doing engine and bodywork changes all for some spoilt little brat wanting to drive an F1 car. Now thats hard.
Carpet cleaning is easy compared to doing that even with a portable.

Gentlemen;
I ALSO HATE PORTABLES TOO!!!!!!!!
In fact,.........Anything with 4 wheels attached.
I HATE shopping carts; never push straight! And, my good friend, Steve Gunn--whom I hope will share a hand shake and a brew sometime soon btw--IS CORRECT: takes too much effort and that is why I have my wife push it instead!
We won't get into Roller Skates or Wagons; that's for another time!
Good Fortune & I just had to pull your chain, Steve!
Thanks for being a great sport which you have always been;

your order is being built today/tonight depending on your time zone, with galvanised mufflers as well, just checking how much more it is to fly it in, as we can't have you getting healthy.
-
galvanised if it was a quality machine it would be made of stainless steel ;D ;D

how much do TM start from :-\
-
Terry, Truckmounts start at around the 6k + vat mark. The Prowler and Panther range kicks off here. You then go upwards to anything up to 25k with machines from Prochem, Hydramaster, Chemspec, Blue Line.
-
wow loads of dosh ::) :o
-
25k, I spend more than that on sex toys for the bedroom 8) 8)
Chris, I made my machine out of wood, so no corrosion :-\ but the dry-rot is a bit of a problem
