Best and cheaps is http://www.gapswater.co.uk/index.html I have got stuff from them and very happy, and you will indeed need a carbon filters to removal of chlorine, volatile organic compounds. I would go with the  Reverse Osmosis Kit! http://www.gapswater.co.uk/acatalog/Reverse_osmosis_kits.html if you can find the same like 4 like are eat my hat  ;)
