This is a small window cleaning round set in a largely rural area of Wrexham with very little competition

It is ideal as a starter business for someone wishing to become independent with very good growth potential. Or as an add on to someone's existing business.

There are some customers that are serviced every 4 weeks , some every 6

There is approx 40-50 houses, worth around £450-£500 a month.

Hi John

I too am looking to buy rounds in the wrexham area,if you ever get offered any work that you do not want to take on, please could you pass it on to me and i will do the same for you, i have your phone number etc.

I have a WFP and we are NFMW&GC Members too,we also clean carpets&upholstery we have a prochem machine and are trained by them,so i would be wiilimg to take on any wc or cc.

Cheers Danial - look out for the new  van going round and say Hi , getting it sign written soon so you won't miss it , also if you get any big carpet jobs that you need an extra machine give us a ring - and I'll do the same , good to see how the prochem fairs againts the NINJA  in action D
 ( i was getting a prochem but the ninja eats the alive .. ) :P so I'm told hehe .

You are prob right there john me prochem machine isnt that good to be honest but it was 2nd hand , i think i might get a new machine maybe get a ninja,do you think they are the best portables about then do ya mate,im pretty new to the cc game maybe you could let me have a look and yours and let me get some tips of you etc,do you put any ads in papers aswell i have 1 but not gettin much work off it and its expensive too or is it best to do leaflets but thats quite expensive too .
