I think its overpriced at that , I would only pay 3 times monthly max around £4500. But it all depends how much you want thework

Yup average seems to be 2x or 3x monthly value. Make sure you work it first and talk to random customers.
Make sure seller has your details to forward to your new customers or make sure he introduces you to them £4k - £7.5K is a lot of money to invest.

I would go out with him a couple of times , just to see if the work is priced right , and to introduce yourself , ( if you buy )

Also pay as you go (so much for each month over, say six months) and adjust depending on customers retained.

I have sold work for 2 or 3 cleans in the past depending on quality of work, i have never paid more than 3 cleans myself though

The obvious question is how experienced are you.

You can not be less experienced than me but I have spent a month reading this forum and I have heard at least one story of someone inexperienced underestimating the learning curve and over buying with the result of loosing customers and dropping the idea a few months later.

Would he be prepared to split off 750 worth and sell it you for 2k would be my question if I wanted to get in and build up.  If not I would advertise on a different part of this forum that your after something like it.

rounds seem to buy and sell in this part...

I think if its a domestic round its way over priced.
£4500 top and thats only if its a good compact round.

I would get a company in to build you one it would be cheaper they usually charge 2x monthly fee plus expenses.
So for the same amount of work you are looking at £2500 plus there accomadation and maybe petrol.
And you choose what type of properties you want and the price and area you want to work.
