Hi guys,
I have been thinking recently about looking at trying to get some commercial work as i havent really touched on it yet since starting up. As i only have a hwe machine would this limit me to the amount of commercial work i could do as i here alot of people use a low moisture method for most carpet tile work like offices, schools etc - what results would you get using hwe on carpet tiles???
regards

I get very good results on carpet tiles just stay away from using solvents.... hope this helps.

Is there anyone else out there then that only uses hwe for commercial work (mainly carpet tiles). Surely not everyone especially when starting out can afford both hwe and texatherm systems.

I have used Prochem steempro machine often for low profile with gr8 results.

Buy a second hand slow speed rotary and some charley pads.
cost all together about £250
Off you go

Hi Mark would you use the ultrapac renovate with hot water or cold
many thanks for your help

Would agree with Mark in principle but would try cheaper options first (especially if covering large areas). U R is about £25 + for 5 litres

When we HWE commercial areas we use either Blitz (hydramaster) or Multisolv (craftex) or even Champion (craftex)

I have used a steempro machine for the odd commercial job using multi-pro. Sometimes just reduce the dilution rate as required. I have a school to do. It will take three days but it is do-able. Have someone to do the filling and emptying etc.

Ultrapac renovate is £9.89 + vat and dilutes 20-1 so 50 ml gets you a litre.
I would use hot water but you could use cold.
Highly effective on polyprop (olefin) as a pre-spray pulls out soil by neutralising electrical charge.
