How much would you pay for good work on a six monthly clean?

I am going to be a bit clever (for me) and say that in the summer my "one off" rates will be a "4 weekly x 3".
In the winter I would tell them to shove it. 

However a regular 6 monthly job I might, but still charge a "one off rate" of "4 week x 3"

One job takes 5 hours and is aldready priced accordingly ;)
