Title: Changing prefilters

This is probably a daft question to you guys but I've only just got a roman 100gpd unit and can't figure out how I change the membrane when its time. 

I've took the white housing off but can't get the membrane out. Do you have to unscrew the waste and product water connectors at the end to get it out?
