There is a deliberate and obviously what some intend to be a sustained attack underway from the new forum.
Ironically, the people concerned, are well known in the industry and all involved with a particular supplier and web site.
Ironically, again, their main gripe, they say, is that you can't mention suppliers, products, etc, on here and get shouted down by all and sundry.
I have to say, that in my experience, I was banned fron their, "buddy site" for doing exactly what the're moaning about.
On here I frequently mention products and machines, which I've found to be, in my experience, good, or better, than others and I have ruffled more than a few feathers along the way.
I have never had a post removed, or received notification of any description, concerning my postings.
What is apparent, is that a small group, have got together and are marketing a " green" concept with a particular brand.
Nothing wrong with that and their web sites are very attractive, which is, unfortunately, in marked contrast, to their childish behaviour.
I don't intend to make any further comments on this subject, as this just fuels the fire, but I feel everyone should be aware of who is behind the recent, pathetic ramblings and insults.

As I was able to follow the obvious leads, I thought everyone else would find it equally simple.
All you need to do, is log into the " britishindependentcleanin " forum and read the posts

I am afraid they are attacking any forum they dont like and plagiarizing bits and ideas that they do like ;D including stuff from ours (scsf) >:(

For what it's worth I have mentioned loads of different brands in the past, some good, some bad and have never had a post removed.

what is the point of a forum if u cannot dicuss suppliers,chemicals, etc.......
could u imagine the future postings............
i have just bought a brand new xxxxxxxxxx i use xxxxxx with xxxxxx and my favourite hand tool is a xxxxxxxxx i have also got a great vacuum fromxxxxxxx
but i use xxxxxxxxxx chemicals, because they deliver faster then xxxxxxx
i hope childish petty behaviour doesnt destroy one of most informative forums around

When a supplier censors posts on their own forums and removes the names of rival brands it actually makes me less likely to use their product! Why do they feel the need to remove the names of competitors? What are they afraid of? Are their own products inferior in some way?
The fact that the owner of this forum keeps it open and free actually makes me far more likely to buy from them, as opposed to a competitor!

i think what they must have gripe against is not this forum owners, because they do not censor and do allow links to be posted etc. IT IS FREE.
it is the resistence from the members to allow it to be an advertising tool for this suppilier.

Looks like someone having a cleanup looked at one of the forums about an hour ago did not bother to log in know I’m banded! Now I’m lock out, perhaps it was something I said on the TM forum and it got back to them or they may be using some else’s login/pw. ??? :-X
