I hope 2007 is going to be exceptional for lots of you. I strongly suspect it will be because I believe that the trade has made a quantum leap forward in 2006 and things have never been so good.
I look forward to the coming year with high expectations and big plans for the future.

To that end I have some new years resolutions that I would like to share with you.

(1) Hang the expense, I am going to change my squeegie rubber once a month whether it needs it or not.

(2) Put up my minimum price to £14 and convert my whole round to 6week from 4 week

(3) Coupled to item (2). Double my number of customers by end of June 2007

(4) Reinvest 10% of my turnover in improving the business.

Good luck to all of you in 2007 and thanks to Cleanitup for giving me the confidence to convert to WFP and get a grip on my business in 2006. Without this forum I wouldn't have done it - and thats a fact.
