I find alltec tea and coffee stain remover the best, seems to work on some old red wine stains too!

I doubt it very much, do you have any acid based spotters? or if it's a  recent spill prochems stain pro might help?

hydrogen peroxide works but do a test first to make sure it doesnt remove any of the colour.

you really do as John says need an acid spotter, go the other end of the scale and you could set it.

use the specfic spotter, i use the prochem, but there all roughly the same stuff and do work! except on very old coffee stains on wool, which can be permenet.

If you use Altecs Coffee Stain Remover you MUST MUST MUST rinse it out afterwards as it continues to work and will leave a whitening around it.

And you will get to meet the customer again.
