Title: Hose storage
Post by: calmore on December 27, 2006, 12:04:17 pm
Currently store my hoses by rolling them up and securing with bungee cords. However, it's a pain in the a**e!

Are storage bags worthwhile? If so, where is cheapest?

I find either a plastic bin, or plastic round tub as sold in b and q work best, you can often get them in colours to match th rest of your kit, and sticker them up with your company logo.

Found some cheap hose bags on ebay that I may put a bid in on.

Storage tubs are a good idea but I only have a small vehicle so they might take up too much space. I'll look into using tubs for my back-up hoses.

I'm all for the storage box. Always have. I get my hose in there along with powder and the well used spotters and brush. Then when I want to save my back from siezing up doing suites i use the box to rest and clean cushions over.
