Title: Vikan duo trim (by Phil)

My week off started at 12. So I've already done my first project for the week. I cut all the split ends off the rectangle vikan but left them all around the edges and double thickness at the sides. Its perfect. The short bristles are over a centimetre shorter than the long ones so it is a proper duo trim. They're loads tougher and should clean well (i always reckon the vikans are too soft). Against the window it splays out really well and the long ones get into all the gaps and under rims whilst the short ones scrub.

Its about twenty times better than the ionics duo trims I used to use. It may well replace my gaz brush.

Next project: over head rinse with one fan jet, to hit the window so its slightly (but only slightly) wider than the brush.

Ok, so I may need a life, but I used this yesterday in a house with filthy windows (new customer) and it is the business. It powered through grime and the long bristles got into all the gaps etc and the windows came up sparkling first time. A success. I thought i might have to bin it and lose a good brush.
