Title: Remove Lithofin

A fellow cleaner has had a problem removing Lithofin MN-slate seal. It has been applied to Chinese Slate. He has used floor polish stripper and it has removed some but not all. Is there a solvent based floor stripper?
He has used a rotary with a black floor pad.
