I've been totally floored for the past 2 days with the dreaded Flu, which is proving very expensive, particularly at this time of year.
Reason I'm posting................I don't have health insurance
Do you?

I dont either.
Just had the most bad back pain tonight lifting the machine out of the van....nearly crippled me :o
I hope it's just a muscle. A nice massage from the missus has helped!
If it put me out of work till xmas, I would also loose lots of money.
Had realy bad flu last January and lost a few jobs, but was lucky to postpone most of my work. Lost nearly 3 weeks in bed! :o

Healthy eating. Merino wool thermals. Flu jab.
Health insurance aint gonna cover you for flu every year!

Yes about £60 per year private bed and all (have to pay for cup of coffee etc non medical) just found out they will pay up to £200 worth of physiotherapy locally, that will save me time and diesel, but sadly doesn’t cover me for that or loss of earnings.
Interesting article feeling distinctly ill sore throat that wouldn’t go away, and energy had all but deserted, first thoughts bad case of flu, turned out to be AML and at only 26. Get yourself down to the doctors! that I’m covered for

ever noticed how women never take to their beds with flu? they're always too busy for that. I've always carried on working even though I felt like death. I'm sure I got over it quicker.

Hi
Sort it out you big girls blouse!
Seriously go and get some Zinc 15mg and Vitamin C 100mg.
Take the Zinc + vit C every 2 hours, lemsip every 4 hours. (every 4 hour you take them all together. While the lemsip supresess the system, the zinc and vit C fight the infection.
Hasn't failed in 5 years.
