i was thinking of getting a couple of fans for drying upholstery the idea being smaller lighter, etc. any one use one of these at top of this page;

any good ?

also out of interest you might like to scroll down seems to be a mini air mover for 75 quid ! 4th from bottom i think..

I wouldnt bother with the Honeywell air mover (top of the page), we used to use them but the Powerblo Commercial Blower/Dryer (2nd from bottom) just makes mincemeat of it. If you want to dry your upholstery quickly then this is what you'll need  ;D

I have 4 of the AEG fans. Look exactly the same. They are gathering dust in my garage

Need to go www.restorationexpress.co.uk and give them a ring , they do the 18inch fans for £30 each.

ive orded the fan anyway, see how i get on.

but has anyone used the mini air mover i mentioned, 4th up from bottom ?

Mini airmovers are ok if you are dealing with water damage claims and need to dry out an area such as under a kitchen cupboard to dry out.

Personally I have found 18 inch fans will leave upholstery virtually bone dry before you leave the job when cleaning upholstery.
