Does anyone here use a ´water vacuum´ when cleaning windows inside?
I´m thinking large windows in showrooms etc. Washing them inside and having water all over the floor.
Not sure whether to take a mop or buy a small water vac so as not to make too much mess.

Just don't applicate the applicator in the bucket prior to entering the building and keep making small intervals to wet the app. some more works best this way and less mess on the floors and sill! !!!!!!!!! :D

Lay some sensible towels/sheets down?Dont over wet the applicator.squeegee the water off the floor, then soak up with towelling
The vac dont seem a bad idea tho.
All down to personal preference i spose

After you wet the glass, squeegy off, with your t-bar below the squeegy, catching the water as you go, hope I have described it right. A lot of w/cs do it this way.

I think he means large glass panels,so i asume he might be using a pole.
But yes,as jake says,if using normal mop and squeegee, hold the mop underneath the squeegee as you clean them, the mop catches the water.

Might have been a carpet cleaner who got bored and thought he'd try something different and clean the windows ;D
