Can the moderator remove this post before Squeaky sees it !!!!!!!

mmmm.wheres squeaky ;)
-
He's probably printed off the article, and even now, is reading it for the 5th time, with a supercilious, smug grin across his face......
-
;)
-
funny article though, like the one about his old w/c called windy.....
'Morning Windy',.... 'windy morning' lol :)
-
"There is something deeply disturbing about a window cleaner who never leaves the ground"....
I have a bizarre mental image of a guy hovering... as if by magic... 20 foot in the air. Rocket boots??
-
Hats with pole and flahing light fixed to it, to warn the occupant,
Hmmm! I wonder if he was caught unaware one day by his window cleaner, talking to his best friend ;) :-X
-
If you read the article he gives the impression of a knocked back inventor who blames w/cleaners switching to ladderless window cleaning as the reason for his invention never making it to the market.
his he talking about wfp?I dont think so its someone useing a squgee on a pole with an adapter to wash the window before he blades it useing a pole.

I was trying to decide what he was explaining and it was this comment that he
made which I presumed he was trying to describe wfp :-
"Plastic tubing connected to a water supply pumps water across the first-floor window pane just ahead of the rubber."
The article is a bit weird though.

What a well-informed realist that man is. :)
Exactly the thoughts of all the public I've heard mention it.
I'll probably still get it one day, before you shout too loud. ;D
I'll never kid myself it's as good though.
It's just tough poo for my customers. ;D

He ain't describing wfp - he is describing a squeegee on a pole with some sort of water feed. Poetic license at it's worst!
-
squeeky one day when you do get wfp and because you have spent your hard earned money on the wfp equipment and you have learnt and understood how to scrub, rinse look after your reverse osmosis and your resin tanks so you vnever get spots etc etc i will guarantee you will be on this forum telling us all how good ajob wfp is on your customers windows.

I've never heard of that system. Hes not referring to a backflip pole is he?
-
I'm not sure what he's describing, seems to be a mix of WFP and Trad there! lol
I also think we have read something of his once before, may have been someone else, but loads on the forum got the wrong idea, lots spluttering indignation!
Was just an irreverent satirical piece, much as this one is, a nice bit of fun to read ;)
I enjoyed the article, read some of the links to his other articles, they are all in similar tongue in cheek mode...not bad :D

i noticed that lol, doesnt sound like the wfp ive heard so much about :D
-
Do you think his window cleaner is trying to move in wfp but can't leave his trad past behind him?
-
IT might be what Squeaks as got planned for the future JM,
He wont be able to leave the Trad alone.

Well I'll have to still do some windows properly. ;D
-
It must have been a quiet news week up there for them to have to print that. More amazingly the guy must actually get paid for writing it!
-
The mans a prat >:(
-
I like the guy's sense of humour. Looked like a good fun article.

Tosh, can you teach Squeaky how to do trad properly now, at least then when he swiches & gets the old bucket out he can do something properly, ;D
