Title: Very good round for sale in Suffolk

Established round. All cleaned with WFP, hence no custies need converting.
 
I can be complete this round in 2 weeks flat if req. because of the tightness and great pricing. 
 
Lots of new house on new estates. Nearly all privately owned properties. 4 pubs incl.
 
Inspection is more than welcome. Turnover is around £2,500 per month. With a goodwill gesture of another £200 added, just in case any custies lost. 
 
All customers will be aware of takeover, PLUS, i will confirm this by supplying the purchaser with a written letter to show custies, should there be any queries.
 
Round will be worked until sold. Proof of dates can be shown.
 
Asking price would be £7,500. Absolutely no offers!!!
