At long last got my new van signed up, been through a lot of design changes but finally got there!
-
.
-
These were taken with the flash on the writting is reflective so the van really does stand out day or night.
It was done by a very good company in surrey called Bossdog

My honest opinion is that it looks too busy and cartoon like.
-
well i think it looks great...i'll be around to key it later !!
however -what are your ECO credentials..
do you not have a petrol truckmount--a diesel powered van. do you recycle your waste water and ride a push bike to the pub?? how about only purchase products that have been manufactured using low carbon methods and don’t exploit child labour.. Not that child labour is bad for the environment but I think you can see where am going .
The van looks good
Jamie
Ps isn’t that glue they use highly toxic
-
Fresh floors
There is hardly anything on it so how can it be too busy
Jamie
Thanks mate.
We were shortlisted to 5 for cornwall sustainability awards 2006 so we must be doing something right.
Cheers Goron

I think you got it just right, and being a big van takes it very well
reflective writing is good idea

I think it looks brilliant!
I would use the knight concept on all your marketing to create a full corporate Identity, it would be very memorable.
Mike

How comes no Allerg Stop decal though?
-

Len
-
NICE!
-
was allergy stop a bit of a flop then, like mattress cleaning.
-
nice van but personally i dont see the need for all the cost....
-
James,
This works very well, I covered my Van and get a lot of work because the Van stands out day or night.
Cost is Peanuts when you get nearly instant return on the Sign Writting
Goron, dont bother with the allerg-stop stuff as it makes no difference to the customers, Dont understand why you Solution guys feel the need to put his stuff all over the place anyway, Does he have your corporate markings on his marketing.
Looks good though.
Cheers

went to homebase yesterday to get some bits, themissus has got me decorating the front room before christmas, nightmare. Anyway, parked up, got out and had somebody come up to me and ask if i could clean a rug for them! So that was less than 24 hours at home and got a job from it already. Thats already 1 more than i got from my last van

-
looks cheap and chatty does not look professional
-
::)
-
Not being nasty but your van could do with new signage matey ;D ;D
-
Fresh Floors and Vanguard, show us yours if you think that this is rubbish.
This will work and looks good, I dont understand why you dont like it, The whole point is to draw peoples attention to it and it will do that.
-
I like it, the idea is to stand out. Once people see what you do they may ask for a quote.
Nick
-
Hi Nick
glad its not just me, How are things. Made your first Million yet. ;D
Cheers
Neil
-
Almost ;D
The Prowler is going well, still using the Porty because im sooooo tight ::)
I still think the best piece of kit i own (and i have a lot!!) is the Dry Fusion machine :D Its a license to print money if you can get the contracts (apart from all the paperwork headaches that go with them!)
I will give you a ring soon when the rush calms down ::)
Nick
-
hi i think it looks great people will see it and remember it but i think you should have emphasised a bit moore that your a carpet cleaner :)
-
Good job Goron, I think it looks great too. Is the glow in the dark much more expensive?
J
-
Looks great to me, but will it bring in the work?
Im still toying with ideas for mine, and cant quite decide wether to advertise the company name and identity as you have or advertise what it is we all do (carpet cleaning)
Theres a saying, that nobody cares about your logo except you and your mum, and another that telling is selling.
So im torn between doing something like yours, or cramming the van with writting.
You can fit a awfull lot of writting on a van that big ;)
-
Goron, the van looks good and more to the point should do for a good few years! The saying i always stick to(instilled by the British Army) is-KISS. KEEP IT SIMPLE/STUPID. I am not being derogatory at all but believe you have done just that. You have informed people what you do and how to contact you. The graphics and reflective signs stand out without being overpowering and are sure to raise awareness of your business! It looks professional but not too crammed-i think and hope you are onto a winner ;)
Damian.
