Title: Dry Compound.
Post by: www.crawleycarpetc on December 09, 2006, 09:26:35 am
Hi Guys,

I have a sebo duo that i use for agitating pre spray, but understand this can be used with dry compound. To be honest i know nothing about the dry compound so could you be kind enough to explain the process, products, carpet types to be used on etc?

Much appreciated.

Rob.

Rob what kind of machine do you use?

In my opion dry compound cleaing produces noewhere near as good a result as HWE or Low Moisture Bonnet Cleaning, i also have a sebo and use it for agitating prespray but would only use the dry compound on moistue sensitive carpets or on realy really minging carpets as a first step, but even then reservedly.

If you got a sebo as Rob as, then all he needs is some dry compound in the van and if he needs to dry clean a carpet he can, its a great add on.

I dry clean belgain wiltons and other shrinking carpets. I dry cleaned a wet cleanable carpet once for a lady cos that is what she wanted as she was elderly.
