Title: Another gold star for Gardiners

Well Gardiners came up trumps again.

Had a mini crisis on Wednesday when my pole blew over & broke the  thin section. Left a message for Kirsty & she got back to my late afternoon.
Came back home to refill tank Friday lunch & pole was sat there waiting for me.

Not bad Aye.

Yes I can second that.
One of my filters seemed to crumble the other day.  Phoned gardiners, kirsty was out of the office but phoned when she got in.  The next morning a replacement filter was on my door step.
Proper service.

ive dealt with omnipole a lot and they have always been very proffesional and reliable with me
so have gardiners

Ive dealt with Gardiners & the service is 1st class.  ;D.

Very friendly, i told Kirsty my requirements & she sorted it out. My RO system is perfect.  ;D

I thought I would mention it as one or 2 people seem to be a little unhappy with them, Iv'e only ever had first class service from them.

A little off topic but maybe relevant.  :)

Its amazing how much better response you get from potential customers when a well spoken, friendly lady deals with an enquiry.  I also now only use Ladies for canvassing for new domestic WC work.  Almost double the positive response to us mere guys doing it.   :-X   ;D

Alex has got it right. Kirsty knows what she is talking about but she has that voise on the phone that makes us men listen.

Going to make a bold business man statement, just looked at their website which has changed since I last veiwed it. Come in a years time Gardners will be No.1 in front of Ionics and Omnipole.

You can tell, well done Alex keep it up. Will keep spreading the word.

Just my view - I've always found Omnipole very pleasant to deal with.
