funny thing is, I was just about to say that my dream brush would be a gaz brush the shape of a vikan sill brush. then sill brush on the right of the picture seems to be just that! A monofilament sill brush! They are just so handy you never seem to have to adjust them...

I have one of them on my 20" pole from Varitech.
Had to replace my old pole as i snapped it.
Find it much better than the old one and with the 2mm jets think it's even better for rinsing.

Cheers mate ill get one in the new year to see what it is like.

I was using one today for testing purposes, and found that the bristles are slightly too short resulting in a greater chance of frame damage from the hard brush body, also they do not splay very well into the corners. Summary: did not like it and as a result have not placed a bulk order for our firm.
The same bristles on the rectangular brush I think will work well. I will be trying one soon.

I like the look of the fan spray nozzles, I'd like to try them, any one know where to get them from?

alex, is this the same brush you where talking about maybe selling about 4 months ago, the new lighter vikan brush, or is this a newer version, confused now :o
-
Hi Jeff Brimble,
It is 90 g lighter than the original Vikan but in my opinion it is too still heavy!
Hi JoUK,
No, this is not the new Vikan that was promised. It is an intermediary one to keep everyone going. There is a purpose designed one in the pipeline but you would not believe how slow it is progressing.
-
ok thanks alex. now i understand, alex i do believe you, the brush company i am dealing with, promised they would have my new rotary brush head finished before christmas, am still waiting, :'(

Thank goodness for that. Why dont Vikan etc ask the guys on the ground what they need ?

Jeff,
The English Vikan Reps feel much the same way as we do, they just wish it could happen sooner!

i have been using the square vikan for a few months from
window cleaning warehouse and i am impressed with them, as
Alex says they are a bit on the heavy side
