I doubt very much its squeegie off as you have put in the title.
We use it all the time and never had a problem with it.

you might be bunging too much in....a couple of teaspoons per gallon is about right.
It's only there to make the blade run smoothly.
-
So what are you saying? Is it the squeegee off? or just some oil that went over it?
2 tea sp0ons per 4 Liter water / 4 per 8lt is the ratio you want. Normal sized tea sp0ons, not the tiny posh ones lol.
If it's something else then squeegee off (as in real oil!), try using a bit of sunflower oil, fairy liquid and Cif (bathroom cleaner with a bit of grit in it) to clean your tools.
I use it when I've worked on my car, best thing there is, almost as good as professional stuff that they use in garages. But ehm....that tip is useless if you don't mean 'oil' as in 'oil' haha

Phew...I was getting seriously worried there! Not kidding it really spooked me.

I don't think it can be the squeegie off I use literally a drop in abot two pints of pure water. There is no oil in it as far as I know.
-
Definitely not :)

im sorry should have said "when i squeegy off" nothing to do with the wc detergent
i might give the above mentioned formula a go
