How many window cleaners in your area use WFP and what area.
In the Stirlingshire area it is around 7%.

3 or 4 wfp, and about 12-odd trad.

4 wfp and 8 or 9 trad (that we are aware of !!)
Sarah

3 - 4 wfp to around 15 - 20 trad
-
Mostly trad only a few wfp,the ones that are still trad either don`t seem interested in going wfp or have never even heard of wfp :o,Gaz
-
Spoke to a Wcer I had seen about the other day. Greasy hair, dirty old jacket, stank of b.o. Eughh! Cant see him going WFP very soon (He didnt look too good either!)

I voted 1 - 8% around my way. I have seen the occasional WFPer but I only know of two others who use it on domestic.

I'm from the same area as squeaks, I would almost agree with him on this one, there are 6 window cleaners that I know for sure are WFP and work the area.
1. Myself.
2. Tosh.
3. Tomo.
4. a guy called John.
5. A guy called Sean (and his wife - Omnitrolley's)
6. Don't know his name (Tosh does though) but has made his own trolley system.
Trad (that I know for sure)
1. Squeaky
2. a guy called Simon (tosser)
3. Old guy called George
4. strange creepy guy with flat cap :-\
5. a guy called Ian Meredith
6....erm...there are more of course, but I can't name them...maybe squeaks can describe em (or name them)

Have 30 + window cleaners and would say 10 + have a WFP
I would say with - in 10 years most UK window cleaners will have one

I don't reckon.
No way.

back in your rut eh Squeaky? ;D

Don't you agree Pj?
Such a large majority don't use it, and they're nearly all going to get it?
Doubt it somehow. ::)
Not unless they all become members of this forum.

Far too many,
it seems that Cornwall is a hot-bed for these infernal creatures! I cannot drive anywhere without seeing a van sprouting poles, I'm not joking they are everywhere down here! Why can't they all go back to Trad and leave me to rake in all the profits!!
Alex ;)

Well there are 6 that I know of, in this small area, all within the last year or so.
Who knows, really?
I was talking to a w/c supplies about 2 years ago about it. I asked if they were going to stock for wfp? They said no. In fact they reckoned that I would be surprised how many who had gone wfp were going back to trad! So they weren't going to bother.
That was 2 years ago....They now stock a whole range of wfp supplies! :o
I guess they have to go with the demand.

Thanks for that info guys, looks the national average is around 13%.
Thats good news for the suppliers, still plenty of market to be had.
What the suppliers need to do is go and chase the market, so Alex when
are you going to do your mobile show ;)
