Hi

Had a lady ring yesterday, could I clean the carpet?

She had booked & cancelled last november.

So thats 12 months ago, is that a record.

PS I think she got some other numpty to do it last year.

Hi all

Had a women call yesterday to tell me that I cleaned her carpets last year and can I come and do it again, She gave me her name and address and she has never been a customer of mine.

I told her this and she did not believe me but wanted me to clean anyway.

The funny thing is that I get a call from her friend 2hrs later to say can I come and clean her carpets as you did such a good job on her friends last year.

Dont you just love um.
