Title: Roughcast / sandstone staining????

hello folks ,
can anyone tell me how to get the staining off glass that i think comes off roughcast??

Its only on my new build houses, some are really bad! looks like they are dirty but they aint , seems to me like an acid or something comes off the roughcast and etches onto the glass. i have explaned this to my customers they understand but it would be great to remove the staining as it looks really bad .

any suggestions ?? ???

water stain remover it works u get it cleantech or vinager and fairy that works to sometimes  :)
