I was asked to quote a school, was all ground floor, and not too big, quoted £65
I do have my customer contract form, and also a Health and Safety statement...is there anything else I should show/get/know? :)
Thanks!

A risk assessment I would imagine. Speak to the person responsible for health and safety at the school to see what they require.

Oh dear, that sounds nasty, any idea's? Or do you maybe have an outline that I can edit for myself?
Where do I learn how to write one anyway, and what should it contain?

I've yet to do it myself, although I was told an easy way to do it is to print a standard form with questions and check boxes and then simply to fill in the details and tick the boxes for each customer.

Thanks for the link, if you don't mind I'll have a look at it tomorrow, absolutely knackered this evening.
