I was wondering if any one knows how much you could sell a round made up of shops a few offices and a pub bringing in about £1400 per 4 weeks based in surrey

A good small commercial round of shops ect , should fetch at least 4x monthly , ive heard of these rounds going for up to 10x monthly,as they dont often come up for sale and have been established for years.
