Title: How on EARTH do you price for a building like this?!
Post by: marcoboyle on November 26, 2006, 08:46:54 pm
Hi all, im in need of some help.  Been asked to give a price for the building below. could some poeple give me a rough idea of what they would charge? is it better to price per pane, per section, or per row?

Not sure whether to price more for each floor either.

(http:// )
just in case you cant see properly, theres 7 panes per section, and 4 sections per story, and 14 stories....

times that by 3 sides and you've got a helluva big building!!

any help would be  appreciated ;D

...as would advice on cradle work. havent done it before - but u gotta start somewhere!

What system will you be using then?

WFP Or Trad?

Personally i'd use a cradle and do it trad!

I don't know whether you'd have a choice really, it looks pretty high!!  :) :)

Yeah, i dont think you can get a pole that goes quite that high!

i'd be doing it on the cradle.

just wondered if you priced differently on the cradle as opposed to wfp,

I don't know really cause i've never used one, but I EXPECT that you'd have to include the price of hiring a cradle in with the price!
