Title: Cleaning
Post by: sweep sue on November 25, 2006, 11:55:03 pm
I just feel as if no one wants to help newbies on here and all i asked for was a quick intro on how to set my contract and pricing
I am so sorry if I have offended anyone, just that after 6 months of domestic, landlord, student cleans, I have the chance to go into commercial cleaning.
I really am truly sorry to offend anyone

What sort of a question is that.... ???

I can only speak for myself, and ours is very healthy and keeps me very busy.

I might have got the wrong end of the stick here, but is this another "give me your business on a plate or Ill scream and stamp my feet" type posts?

Well there are some people that will, but not today it would appear. Its amazing how many people forget that all posts here are voluntary as is advice and information, there is no SUPPLY ON DEMAND.

What doesn’t help is how broad some of the questions are.

NO that’s not what you asked for at all, what you asked for was:

Can anyone help me I am looking for a spec on office cleaning, something that explains all to my client

There is a world of difference and many have invested huge amounts of time and money on this. So why on earth are you getting so anal, when you know (or should have the common sense to know) that you were only on a quick fishing expedition anyway, you either get lucky or you don’t, depending who’s on (some people don’t look on here for days or even weeks).

To improve your chances, you need to put effort and patience into either staying polite, or befriending someone who will help you.
