Funnily enough I was just about to say a public thank you to Andrew myself and saw this.

At 4.30 yesterday one of my guys came into the office to tell me that he had broken the oulet off from the pump. It was no ones fault really but it meant that he couldnt work.  I called Andrew straight away to explain the predicament and by 8.30 this morning I had a brand new pump complete with inlet and outlet fittings. 15 mins to pop it all together and all fixed.  Ths good service in anyones book. 

No invoice arrived yet though  ;)  ;D
