2 weeks ago i recived the go-ahead for a maintance contract with a school for the next 3 yrs. total price per year 18k this inc 2 cleanes per year.

first clean due feb 2007.

checked my online bank account & i was amazed to see the school have per paid the first year payment into my account.

i have phoned the school to tell them about the mastake of the payment of 18k

they tell me "are we ok to pay up in full".


wish all my contract work was like this.

Nice to see the increase on education spending ending up in carpet cleaners pockets......need any kit Lee ;)

just purchased a thermodry system,but i do need a ss pump up sprayer ;D ;D

How do you go about getting maintanance contracts? What does the contract intail exactly aswell would not have a clue about how to go about getting contracts like this? any help and advice would be much appreciated.
