Title: Bin Chutes
Post by: Fred Gullan on November 22, 2006, 11:32:32 am
Anyone cleaned bin chutes before. I have an idea of how Iam going to go about this but would be interested in hearing any suggestions or recomendations of companies that do it. The chutes are enclosed in buildings 4 storeys high with cupboard access on each floor and they end in a bin room at the bottom.
thanks

Tried the small child, dipped him in diinfectant first though. Steam cleaning is the way apparenly, but I only have  a cold pressure washer. The is a big company called clearway that do it for councils. probably cost a grand or more though.

sorry was away for the weekend. Thanks for the offer. The job was in Edinburgh. It was the odour they were concearned with so I sorted it by using an enzyme de- odouriser from cleansmart and it did the job.

Cheers
