Got a link for that program? Can't seem to find it on the net.

Personally I'm using George (TWCA + PDA)

I bought it. No problems as yet, its a really good piece of software.

I print my weekly work sheet out on a monday and just update my jobs completed on a daily basis - easy peasy.

I did try George on trial but i didn't like it, seemed a bit dated to me, i think Ian is currently working on a pda version.

I am trying it out. I use George but quite like this one too because it allows you to enter payment method and print account payment details, listing cash, cheques, BACS, standing orders, etc, all separated in their sub totals.
All documents printed out including accounts are in PDF format and can also be stored in PDF elsewhere on your computer and there is the ability to Back Up your files to another destination or portable drive.
It cost £97.00. For the money I think it is pretty good value. One thing I really like is it's easier doing multiple invoices and receipts. The only thing I miss on this program in comparison to George is on the daily worklist it doesn't state the last clean date although it does state the balance owing.

I agree about the last clean date on the daily worklist, sometimes when you get a customer with the old classic ' it hasn't been four weeks already' it would be useful to have the last clean date in front of you to show them.

It's frightening how fast four weeks go by !!

Hi All,

Thanks for all your support and the many emails I receive about updates and suggestions. I am making notes and will certainly include most of the requests in the next version. As for the PDA this is still in development and Im glad that I left it in a way as Im fairly confident that the desktop version is working for you guys.

Keep you all posted...

Ian

I use Window Cleaner Pro.

Me & computers dont mix. but this programe is great. It does it all, its changed my work completly. I know exactly what is due, who owes, who's paid. Printing off work is easy & at the end of the day maintain work & any expences which means my books are 90% up to date.

I tryed George & was not impressed at all.

I got it at the launch price but would still be well happy at £97.
