Title: lettering marks on inside window

got a customer with shop every time inside windows mist up you can see the writing of the old company on the glass tried scrubbing soapy water scrapping but still not removing any ideas :(

Need some type of chemical, upvc chemical cleaner, poss white sprit, but that will be a pain to clean off!

Someone told me the only way to get rid of that was to get it polished out.

I might be wrong, but thats what i was told

If you go to a company that fabricates either aluminium or upvc and ask for some TYPE 16 or TYPE 13 (13 been the strongest) it will shift anything they use it all the time,
