Hi,
I have searched past threads and haven't been too succesful, so if this has been done before I apologise.
I am looking to get some income protection/insurance to help out in the event of an accident, can anyone recommend a reputable insurer who will not look for every loophole possible in the event of me having to make a claim! Is there a specialist company that deals with our trade?
thanks
Greg

I have to see my bank next week and no doubt they will try to flog me all sorts of insurance so if you can wait until next weds I will tell you more then.

There is a company called Combined Insurance Of America, they are pretty good & will pay out from day 1. I think the most you can insure yourself for us is around £700 a month, but that should cover your mortgage & a few other bills.

Funny enough someone started chating to me while i was poling the front of a house last week asking me about wfp then he tried to flog me some injury insurance and quoted a few window cleaners and builders in the area that he had signed up. will dig out the details for you later.
