Title: Help with quote for build clean.

Hi All

Looking for help working out price for build clean.

Premise is 5,000 sq feet over 2 floors.

1 x kitchen

2 x mens toilet & 2 x womens toilet in total.

Builder has tidied site so not to bad.

Have seen previous where people work out on sq foot

Its a new build.

Fairly tidy & no carpet, first clean.

Handover clean with carpet fitted

48 Windows & 2 sets of double doors.

White upvcwith central bar giving top half as opener. 75cm by 75cm approx.

Sounds like a big job just in the windows themselves that'll keep you busy for a while!!  :) :)

From what you described last night I would suggest £600 - £800 (approx 40 hours work)
8 hours for windows and 32 hours for the build clean (4 staff for 8 hours each).  Can be done in one day with a team of 5.

This is best guess without actually seeing it.

Thanks for the help, i was very similar which i,m pleased about.

Build Clean £700.00

Handover Clean £100.00

Total £800.00

I,ll let you know how we get on, thanks for the offer of help aswell, i,ll let you know if we need it.

P.S. If not on this one i am looking to get more , i,ve contacts in areas for big commercial jobs 25,000 upwards. If it comes of.
