I know of a good little round in west London thats surrposed to be comming up for sale, not in Ealing, but not far.
Would you look at a round withing 2 miles of you?

Just canvass up your own round, there's work going begging. I work Pinner / Eastcote / Ruislip. I can't imagine West Ealing is any different.

hi vince thanks for the advice, what sort of price would you charge for a 2 up 2down terrace for example?do you work out a price by the hour or so much per window. thanks

I just take a guess at what the customer is prepared to pay. Bit of a confession that but its always been my pricing technique.
If they dont flinch when you say the price you could have got more.
If they fall over backwards and start foaming at the mouth you know you have gone in a tad high.
