hiya guys how are you looking after your poles at this time of year? i've always used polish but in the last week or so my poles have become really stiff regardless of how much i clean them + i seem to be getting green dust on my hands(my poles ARE green)

  You will have grit in your clamps, spray a bit of WD40 which should do the trick.
  Otherwise loosen your clamps.

Do you mean Polish people or extension poles?
