He is a guy who sells W/C rounds
Look in your local paper you may see an ad looking for window cleaners £700 to £800 per week no experience needed.
He put some threads on this forum advertising work all over London/Greater London
I phoned him up and he sent me some info on how he works
You can buy as much work as you want If you want £1000 pounds worth of work it will cost you £4000 if you want £4000 of work it will cost £16000 all up front.
Seemed a bit steep to me so I declined the offer.
He comes across as a pressure salesman asking if you are a property owner if so you could take out a loan to buy the rounds.
He did say if you lost any work they would replace it. :-\

the reason i want to know is if he is a genuine window cleaner, i might be interested. but if he is a salesman who goes around selling lists of people who have expressed an interest in having their windows cleaned i don't think iwould bother.

Maybe he finds it easier getting salesmen on commission, than good window cleaners to do the work . . .

hi all yes this man is OK
i got a load of work off him some years ago
he life just out side london
yes it is a bit steep in the price but if you lose any work or it is just plane poo he will replace all
what happen is he was a window cleaner and he said he makes more money from getting work and selling it
what he does is get an address to clean then he gets his guys to clean the address then if they get paid he keeps the money but if he dont you get the money when you buy the round one thing he does is say to the new people if you pay for 3 cleans now you get the 4th clean free so it is swings and roundabouts one other thing is that the guys that clean for him are not the most fussy so on some people they did have a mone about this but i just said i dont work for them and they where ok i dontknow if he uses wfp or trad i started his work trad then went over wfp so yes he is ok hope this helps a little stu

I bought my round off pat last year the prices for rounds are a bit steep but you buy an income and he does replace any lost work.
and for me it was one way to get on the ladder (no pun intended) :)
