Title: 60 Bedroomed nursing home builders clean

I just wondered what some of you would charge for a 60 Bed roomed nursing home builders clean, on 3 levels with en-suites on 40 rooms, 2 large lounges 4 staircases. I have quoted and 99% certain the job is ours. I know it’s hard to give a price based on the above but would like a ball park figure, just curious. Cheers Phil :-\ ??? ???

If your talking about a Handover clean, to include internal/external glass, then £3000/£4000 depending on your area !

I would say underpriced but it depends on what ur happy making?. My prices are quite low but i quote around £80 for a 1 bedroom flat for a builders clean and £40 for a sparkle clean, and a very raley lose business. You could of got around 6K for that job, and there will be alot of tradesmen in your way touching up and otherthings. I would then of priced for the external glass on top.
