i personaly take the staff on a night out and fling a few quid behind the bar for them  as well as 50 quid and a bottle of whiskey  when we break up which  the kids all ways give them when we wash the van  on the last afternoon before we break up for the holidays

All Christmas tips split between the guys. £200 each bonus and a night out on me.
