How does this work? We all talk about taking someone on but what covers us and them? This article especially beggers the question who do we say we are if we or our "employies" have a accident in this case above the guy on the left TIM owns the company SCW but it states that he is a co-worker so him being a "co-worker" HSE wouldnt think twice about getting involved would they? would they?
