Heritige,
I don,t think it was a good idea to post the actual prices of properties you are trying to sell.
You are being far too trusting as there are some that will just canvass your work at cheaper prices. (i hope they don,t)
Just a thought as i read it and trying to be helpful
I would remove the above and just have work for sale at £3000 give me a call if interested.
