Post by: Cleaning Resource on November 03, 2006, 11:22:25 pm
hi,
one of my regular contracts wants me to start cleaning his windows, they get cleaned on a sort of whenever basis. last done prob about 8 months ago.

it`s an industrial unit with 16 windows all in a straight line going along the front of the building at 1st floor height each window is 4ftx2.5ft in aluminium frames

there are also to glazed doors (2panes in each door) and 2 more windows (same size as the others) next to the doors on the ground floor.

he wants me to do them quartely

he`s not bothered if i stand on the ground and use a long pole or even if I leave a few smears, he knows i`m not a window cleaner.

 How much should I charge him.......please.....cos I aint got a clue ??? ???

Gleam, how long do you think it will take you and how much do you want to earn e.g One hours work £25-£30.00.
If you are slow and never cleaned windows before charge alittle more.
With WFP it would only take 15-20 mins.
Or you could contract it out to a window2 cleaner who might do it for £20.00 and you make £10 for not doing anything.
