Hello! anybody there?
-
I guess you can't, Ron.
I reckon you're filling the thing up too much and crashing it around the place.
Mine gets some stick mind, and I've had to do a repair after I dropped it and put a tiny crack in the bottom; then tried to 'melt' it over with a red-hot knife; only making the crack into a hole!
There's loads of stuff out there to fix plastics; I'm sure no matter how bad the hole, you could fix it.

Have you tried using a piece of polystyrene packing taped to the bottom as a protector/bumper? You'll always find packing if you visit an industrial estate and it's a better price than having to buy a backpack casing.
Polystyrene squeaks a bit though, how about really stiff foam rubber - try an upholsterer.

Ron,
Ceantech do spares. I got a tank real quick. Ring Mike he'll sort you out.

Alternatively, purchase a new one and keep the old for spares? A battery only lasts me six months, tops.
