i used mine on van this morning for frost do u think this is to sharp to use on a wind screen got caught short makes a change form the old cd cover i supose lol do u think it would scratch the glass ,our is it just the same as house glass ie i know they are laminated thats why i was wondering if it would scratch ok all you old car sales men answers please

It will not scratch the glass, laminated glass has a plastic layer sandwiched between 2 sheets of glass.

Last winter I used an Unger handle (without the channel) to scrape ice from my old car windscreen.
It really scratched the glass!
I'm a Geordie!

The knife won't scratch the glass, the razor ones in particular are perfect, I've used the Stanley scaper on my vehicles for 33 years and never had a problem....
of course, if you are like Tosh and just use the handle of a squeegee to do it with, you might, juuust might, scratch your your windscreen ;D
A guaranteed method of giving your windscreen that popular 'distressed' appearance! 8)

We used to use Unger scrapers at a valeting company.
Perfectly alright to do.
Easily the best at getting delivery labels off windscreens!
