i am selling my window round in the renfrewshire area it has a 4 weekly pull of £1340i am willing to accept £4500 which is £1000 less than the average 4xmonthly takings.The run is very compact with plenty of potential to expand

 I am interested. What is the average house price, how many are 2 weekly cleans and how many 4 weekly cleans. WFP or trad also is there any commercials, feel free to email me.

it is all 4weekly and all trad but would be good convert to wfp the lowest price is £3.70 for a bunglow the price is due to go up but i have left it the now to keep the cost down for someone buying

Hi Charlie.

You could always put the prive up & ask the same money, that way it looks a better buy & you make more in the mean time.
